特定ユーザのみ、宛先欄に文字を入力しても候補(赤枠内)が表示されません。
原因と対処方法を教えてください。

個人アドレス帳に不正なデータが含まれている可能性があります。
以下の方法で事象が改善されるかご確認ください。
- 現象が発生するユーザの個人アドレス帳をエクスポートします。
※エクスポート形式には「CyberMail CSV」を選択してください。 - エクスポートしたCSVをテキストエディタ等で開き、不正な改行が含まれていないかご確認ください。
正しいフォーマットは以下の通りです。不正な改行とは、行頭がディレクトリ情報から始まっていない場合を指します。
